Central Operations Branch

The Central Operations Branch initiate and co-ordinate procedures to ensure uniformity and efficiency of operational activities through best practice. The branch provides on-going support to our customers, stakeholders and staff by being responsive to their needs.

This includes the management of the motorcycle fleet, the uniformity of service across The Agency. Central Operations Branch also provides management information to internal and external customers and issues CBT 196 certificates to external customers.
