Contact centre closure on Tuesday 16 March

DSA’s telephone enquiry and booking service will be closed on Tuesday 16 March for staff training. You can still book, change or cancel a test online at direct.gov.uk/drivingtest from 6.00 am to midnight.

Driving examiner strike – automatic rebooking of tests

If you were unable to take a test because of PCS union strike action, you will have the test rebooked automatically, free of charge, and an appointment confirmation will be sent by email or post. You do not need to contact DSA.
